Here's something I found. We have four different autographed figure skater photos that George got in 1997. He was working for Ray-Ban at the time. They fit the skaters with new sunglasses, and then we got front row tickets to Stars on Ice.
Ekaterina Gordeeva signed this for George in Russian.
It says, "Dear George, blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Ekaterina Gordeeva"

That's really cool George has her autograph. I remember watching her in the pairs skating. It was such a sad day when her husband died. He was not very old either.
Ekaterina gave George the blahs...
Exact Translation:
"For George, with best wishes."
:-) How fun!
lucky george!
Wow, that's cool. I have always collected autographs, mainly Aussie stars, though.
Take care, Meow
JK...
The girls and I cannot stop smiling when reading your archives. The church doodles?!?!?Tooooo funny!
Hey, that's cool! Ice skating just fascinates me.
Dawn, Maybe you recognized some faces in my 1/24/06 post.
I think it says "Dear Jeopiller," (which means "caterpillar" in Russian) "May you never have to wear a costume like this. The wedgies are ungodly! Love, E Sclioces." (obviously a pretender and not the actual Ekaterina Gordeeva).
Don't you think it's time for a new post :P
That's exactly the way I translated it, too.
