Anyone else have this problem? Blogger won't let me title my posts. It turns it into a bunch of question marks.

It won't let you title any post or just this type? Forgive my ignorance, but does the title translate into English?
I figured out what was going on. "Hindi" was clicked in my settings. All I can see on my screen here though is question marks.
I could get used to Hindi.
