doxie is roxy foxy. You doodle so well.
I love doxies, too. DD has a little miniature doxie with the bluest eyes. She had her dog with her when she went through McDonald's drive-thru and the kid at the window asked her, "How'd you get her eyes like that?"
Out here in the Seattle area, at Emerald Downs, they have yearly Wiener Dog Races -- remember how Gary Larson (a Seattle native) popularized wiener dogs...
I had a doxie/pug mix once - what a site she was!!! I love all your doggies...is that last one a Pekinese?

gramma, That's cool, I don't think I've ever seen a dog with blue eyes except for a Siberian Husky, or whatever those sled dogs are. That must be really uncommon Dachshunds. Going to a wiener dog race sounds hysterical. I have that Far Side Wiener dog art book.
Barbara, I started doodling some little mice last night.
doxie/pug sounds like an interesting combination... a really long nose + a really smooshed nose... did your dog have a medium sized nose?
Yup, I drew that last one while looking at a Pekingese picture in a dog book.
Jenn, they are all great. You doodle wonderful dogs. LOve the cats you put on my postcard ... have you done any others ??
