These are from some time I spent sitting in a coffee shop with a cappuccino.
I just love to sit there with a sketchbook and let my mind wander. I filled up eight pages of ideas while I was in there. We have a local coffee shop that has a nice atmosphere.
We also have one Starbucks that's ok, but then there is another Starbucks where they play the most obnoxious music full blast, I don't know how anyone can sit and enjoy coffee. That one is only good as a drive-through.

Great sketches and very true of dogs and cats!
I LOVE animals, if they aren't mine in my house. Who couldn't love a fuzzy wuzzy kitty or sweet faced pooch.
Loud music blaring in a coffee house? That's about as insane as pumping muzak into the Harley Davidson store.
I am so jealous! You can create something so cute from a blank page. I am too uptight. I can't let myself go. When I doodle, it is geometric designs....all uniform and straight.
THe good thing about being married to The Coffee Guy is the great coffee makers we got to use. We got a restaurant size one and it makes great coffee. Mmmmmmm
I've wondered why cats and dogs automatically go to the people that don't like them?

One of my fav places to go is the coffee shop, but it can only be my favorite if it is void of raucous music and chatter.....drives me nuts!!
